Inkjet Printer - most popular type of printer, small drops of liquid ink is injected in various colours to produce an image on the paper.

Laser Printer - printer using the Xerox like process to produce a print. A special drum is sensitised by a laser, picks up powdered toner, deposits on a paper. Then the toner is heated and fused onto the paper to produce the printed page.
